Each motivator card looks at a specific energy sources, as identified by scientific research based on the Job Demands-Resource Model. An energy sources helps you cope with job demands and therefore contributes to the engagement and job satisfaction of team members.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-931e9c5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"931e9c5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li>Select a context to investigate. Write it down, for every participant to see. Provide each participant with a full deck of motivator cards.<\/li><li>Each participant sorts their cards in order of importance to them in the given context. This is done in silence.<\/li><li>Let all (or some) participants elaborate on their ordering of the motivators. Ask questions like: &#8220;Why is that important to you? What happens if this motivator is well fulfilled?
