Just Imagine...
that you no longer defend product decisions, but explain them in terms of value. You will experience how vision, Product Backlog, and stakeholder discussions reinforce each other.
This training focuses on the role of Product Owner, with an emphasis on value, prioritization, and collaboration with stakeholders. Through interactive methods, simulations, and practical cases, you will discover how product thinking works in a complex environment. You will practice with concrete techniques that you can use immediately. Less remote theory, more thinking with your hands and head at the same time.
