Leading ARTs in a SAFe organization
An ART or Agile Release Train is a team of Agile Teams, working closely together towards a common goal, improving a set of Products. We will look at how to lead ARTs and Large Solution Trains within a SAFe organization. -
Applying Lean-Agile knowledge and tools to release value
The SAFe foundation is formed by practices from Lean, Scrum, DevOps, and more. We will look at how they work and how they help Agile Teams to get more successful. -
Fostering relentless improvement
We will look at how you get Teams within an ART context to experiment, learn, improve and take ownership over their way of working together. -
Building a high-performing ART
An RTE or Release Train Engineer you are the driver of the ART. You are a servant leader and coach to the ART, (much like a Scrum Master is to a Team). We will look at the coaching techniques that will help you transform your ART into a high-performance team of Agile Teams. -
Executing PI-Planning
Every 10 weeks, all the teams in an ART gather for PI-Planning or Planning Interval Planning, roughly planning the work for the upcomming 4 Iterations or Sprints. We will look at planning and executing those events effectively.

The SAFe RTE® certification
The SAFe RTE® web-based exam takes 120 minutes and consists of 60 multiple-choice, single-select questions, of which you need to answer 78% correctly to pass.
By obtaining the SAFe RTE® certificate, you demonstrate your knowledge and skills as a servant leader and coach, your ability to effectively plan and execute a PI Planning event, and your ability to foster relentless improvement in your enterprise.
SAFe® RTEs can facilitate and enable end-to-end value delivery through ARTs and large solutions in an enterprise SAFe® environment.
