In the Agile and Scrum Experience 2-day training, you will discover the power of Scrum. We have playfully woven all elements of this team approach into the training. You look for the shared mission together, you identify and prioritize customer wishes, you split the course content into manageable chunks and timebox these.

To experience
You experience how to work in sprints in a self-organizing way and you evaluate and improve the way of working together. You also do experiential exercises that allow you to look at your work practice in a different way. This way, you optimally fill your backpack to make more of a difference in your work environment.

Exam preparation
You get access to our online ExamTrainer. Here you practice mock exam questions and prepare yourself optimally for your certification. This allows us to spend more time in the classroom on experiential exercises and your specific questions.

Trainer
Your trainer is an experienced organizational coach who has guided various organizations. He/she has coached management teams, operational teams, product owners, and the organization in engaged collaboration towards a common goal.

Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM1)
