Creating Constructive Collaborators

Just Imagine...

What would you wish for if you could improve your leadership skills? Team members ask each other for help and help each other get things done before starting something new. Teams who take up new work items quickly and predictably. Who proactively remove obstacles. Team members who only come to you – their manager, coach, scrum master, or product owner – if problems are beyond the team’s control. And that you and your team create the optimal conditions for this. This two-day training offers you the backpack to realize all that.

Build Self-organizing Teams

You do this by doing more of what works. Work on realistic estimates, a sustainable workload, transparent delegation, insight into the growth stages of collaboration, and removing the dysfunctions of teamwork.

In this training, you will learn how teams grow, and that growing pains are a normal part of this process. You also practice step-by-step plans and exercises to help your team(s) achieve greater success and take the next step in their growth into self-organizing, learning teams.
