To discover
In the Team Wizard training, you will discover which processes play a role in teamwork. Processes in team development, processes in the motivation of team members, processes in making work predictable, and processes that promote team learning. Basically, you learn how you eat an elephant…, in small bites.
To experience
You also experience a different way of approaching problems. You investigate the effect of conversation techniques that promote self-reliance in solving work disruptions. You gain experience with all that you have learned during the training. This way, your backpack is optimally filled to get started in your own team(s) to collaborate more effectively. All the discussed elements of our team approach are playfully woven into the training.
Exam preparation
You get access to our online ExamTrainer. Here you practice mock exam questions and prepare yourself optimally for the exam. This allows us to spend more time in the classroom on experiential exercises and your specific questions.
Trainer
Your trainer is an experienced organizational coach who has guided various organizations. He/she has coached management teams, operational teams, product owners, and the organization in engaged collaboration towards a common goal.

Connective Leadership – Team Wizard foundation certificate
This foundation certification validates your fundamental knowledge of the topics covered in this training and their application. You show that you understand the theory described in the books and training materials provided.
Certification processes
This 2-day training is part of various certification processes of the Organization 4.0 Foundation. Here you will find an overview of all courses of the Organization 4.0 Foundation. You conclude each course with a certification process. In the theory part, you show that you have mastered the discussed theory and understand its coherence. In the practitioner part, you apply what you have learned in practice and show the effects achieved and your professional development in that regard.
We register our courses with the LVSC (Dutch National Association for Supervision and Coaching). The number of assigned Permanent Education (PE) points from the LVSC is stated for the currently registered courses.
